About Kazumi Whitemoon
I was born and raised in Japan. I don't know if it's clear but I hope the unique sensibility that was nurtured there shows in my creations. My favorite medium is acrylic on canvas, and my subjects come from my surroundings, including still lifes, landscapes, and pets. I live with my husband in Seattle.

I love cats and this painting is just like a cat! Voted your entry in the E Is For Exercise contest! l/f
Kazumi Whitemoon replied:
Thanks for the vote! I think my paintings were eliminated by the organizer. I can’t find them. Anyway, I never win but I'm happy to see anyone who vote for my paintings.

Very cute. The subject seems to be perturbed at the existence of the barbel, compiled with its own substantial girth, indicating a disdain for working out. Just like a housecat! One criticism: your paintings will last much better on canvas or wood than cardboard. Otherwise nice work. L/F.
Kazumi Whitemoon replied:
Thanks for your compliment! This painting is on cardboard because it was quickly done as a joke. Maybe it's time I paint again right this time.
