The original photo was sort of mistake. I accidentally shot mostly sky when I took the photo of a house. I though the composition was interesting for a painting.
I was born and raised in Japan. I don't know if it's clear but I hope the unique sensibility that was nurtured there shows in my creations. My favorite medium is acrylic on canvas, and my subjects come from my surroundings, including still lifes, landscapes, and pets. I live with my husband in Seattle.
